The Villa

The B&B Villa Giuli is located in Varese, in the north-western part of the Italian region Lombardy, a few kilometers from Milan and the Swiss border.

Varese, known as 'Garden City' and also referred to as the ‘Land of Lakes’, is positioned at the center of region full of green hills, large and smaller lakes with panoramic and picturesque shores, surrounded by the Varesine Alpine foothills.

The villa is located in the hamlet Avigno, a quiet residential area at the foot of the Sacred Mount of Varese (World Heritage Centre) and the Regional Park Campo dei Fiori, both a few minutes from the city center.

The villa has been renovated in 2015-2016. Located on the mezzanine floor, the B&B is independent from the other apartments and consists of two rooms with private bathroom and a breakfast (and lounge) room. The villa's large garden is adorned with birch trees, fruit trees and flowers, and has a pleasant outdoor area with table and chairs. Cozy and quiet, Villa Giuli is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay, ideal for leisure or business trips.

The B&B is located near the Football Stadium (F. Ossola) and the Basketball Arena (PalaWhirlpool). Its location is optimal to reach the lake of Varese, renowned for rowing and its cycle path (up to 30km).

Thanks to the nearby urban transport facilities' stops, the B&B has direct connections to the city center, railway stations and the hospital.

Villa Giuli's location allows to easily reach the region’s main tourist attractions. There are numerous sites and buildings of historical, cultural and artistic appreciation. The city’s strong sporting tradition offers plenty of entertainment and recreation… not to mention the several nature reserves and cycle-pedestrian routes in surroundings and landscapes of rare beauty.
